Made-to-Order Apparel

All Foundation Factory Fitness apparel is made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be changed once processing has begun.

• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Foundation Factory Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, all sales are final.

We only accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The item received is defective, or

• The item received is an incorrect size compared to what was ordered

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on approved exchanges.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the item is defective.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selected at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
